Matt Birney - Automotive dealership software developer Connexion Telematics doubled to hit 2c this week on massive volumes after General Motors USA agreed to spend an extra two hundred and fifty thousand US dollars a month on its software.


Matt Birney - Buxton Resources hiked 77 percent after drilling extended its known graphite footprint in WA’s Gascoyne region from about 500m to nearly 2km. Its shares touched 27.5 cents, up from 15.5.


Matt Birney - Mt Monger Resources vaulted 71 per cent after agreeing to buy a Canadian project that boasts a half-kilometre-long drill hole mineralised with rare earths and niobium. Its shares touched 12.5 cents after closing the previous Friday at 7.3.


Matt Birney - And finally, mining services firm Metarock Group put on 53 per cent after confirming the first sale of major equipment to a Queensland coal mine. Its shares reached 20 cents, up from 13.


Matt Birney - Interestingly, 11 new companies have listed on the ASX this year - adding to the ever-growing list of contenders for 'Runners of the Week' hopefully we’ll see some of them make the grade in the weeks ahead.
