Matt Birney - Norfolk Metals soared 185 per cent after hitting copper in Tasmania. Its shares touching 37 cents on Thursday, up from just 13c last week.
Matt Birney - Real estate software company Proptech jumped 119 per cent when US firm MRI Software announced a takeover bid for it. Proptech’s shares roared to 57 cents, up from 26.
Matt Birney - New Zealand powdered milk outfit Happy Valley Nutrition’s shares leapt 93 per cent to hit 8.7 cents, as the market started to switch onto its now construction-ready milk processing plant development.
Matt Birney - Now, for those that burnt their money on the Melbourne Cup recently, consider this – a $5000 punt on WA1 Resources two weeks ago at 13.5c would have magically morphed into $108,000 this week.
Matt Birney - When the company’s stock touched $2.92 after it discovered niobium and rare earths in northern WA. It would take a hell of a trifecta to match odds like that.
